For those of you who don't want to click, it's an column on how women are idiots and how their dimness pertains to voting and careers. Apparently since it's written by a woman, it's a-ok to publish such trash. Since when did the Washington Post turn crazy?

So I don't understand why more women don't relax, enjoy the innate abilities most of us possess (as well as the ones fewer of us possess) and revel in the things most important to life at which nearly all of us excel: tenderness toward children and men and the weak and the ability to make a house a home.

Now they're calling it a "joke" and they put some note at the top asking for reader feedback. Bloggers grabbed images of the titles because WP keeps changing them. First it was "Women aren't very bright", then "Why do women act so dumb", and now it's "We scream, we swoon, how dumb can we get". I don't buy that it's a joke - I think some editor really fucked up.

Then we could shriek and swoon and gossip and read chick lit to our hearts' content and not mind the fact that way down deep, we are . . . kind of dim.
