you know - that's pretty much how I felt about the whole thing, sensationalism in the media completely ruined everything for them (assuming they are infact innocent)

oh right, and of course a college student - or any young person for that matter - could never be in the right, especially if they're white and male, and a girl who makes her living as an at least part time stripper is so much more trustworthy than an athlete and obviously right because she's of a minority and female. clearly.
