Him moving closer might actually be one of the best things that's happened to you in a while. Ohhh, I care about your birthday! And turning 17 IS a big deal. It all starts at 16... 16, you can drive; 17, is the last year before you enter adulthood; 18, you're an adult!; 19, last year of being a teenager.
