Just about to end month three and move into month four. It’s been a long and bumpy ride so far. I was wondering today if I’m further down in my healing than the said three months. I started experiencing TSW symptoms back in September where my face was going through it. My face was flaking, cracked and red - it was terrifying because I didn’t know

I know what you mean by wondering where you are....I went through a sort of withdrawal 7 years ago - lasted 3 years. I went from using strong prescription creams to over the counter strength mixed in with other creams. I had severe swelling, redness, pain, and all other TSW symptoms. I lost A LOT of hair then. I continued using OTC TS and about 2 years ago, really increased their use - slathering it all over my arms and neck multiple times a day. Going through FULL TSW now with no creams at all I notice I do not have the hair loss nor do I have itching or scaling on my scalp....7 years ago I wished I could have peeled off my scalp it was so bad! I keep wondering if I will have a shorter withdrawal since I withdrew somewhat before. But I stopped wondering that a few weeks ago and resigned to just accept what comes my way, knowing one day I WILL be all clear! Glad to know the sun is helping you!
