1. Prepare your base as needed.
For this picture, I duplicate it three times & set the layers to;

Screen 100%
Soft light 50%
Screen 100%



2. Flood fill with #DAEFF4
& Set to colour burn 25%.



3. Flood fill with #FFF300
& set to soft light 10%



4. Create a new adjustment selective colour layer.

Layer >> New Adjustment layer >> selective colour >> OK.

Use these settings.

RED; -100, 0, 100, 0
YELLOW; -100, 0, -100, 0
NEUTRALS; 5, -20, -20, 0



5. & another selective colour layer

Layer >> New Adjustment layer >> selective colour >> OK.

Use these settings.

RED; -46, 0, 100, 0
YELLOW; 100, 0, -100, 0
NEUTRALS; 10, 0, 0, 0
