I know you figured it out already, but there are two ways of doing a flood fill layer. Either Layer > New Layer (Shift+ CTRL + N) and then use the Paint Bucket Tool. Or, you can click Layer > New Fill Layer > Solid Color, then click OK at the next box, then fill in the color number in the Color Picker. Again, I know you figured that out, lol, but I was just putting it out there because I was wondering if anyone knows if there is any difference between the two methods quality-wise?
