i've had a moderately productive weekend. i went to the gym yesterday and then did a home care visit. bought the new Radiohead CD on the way home. today i did some laundry, cleaned up here a little---the front closet and rearranged it, got my clothes closet working again--hung up stuff and got it in order, I have clothes i didn't know that I had. i went inside this very wealthy persons house today. it was a townhouse on a street off of lower fifth Avenue. They had a lot of real oil paintings in there. One of them was by a student of John Singer Sargent. The painting was on the cover of a catalogue, too. It was probably bought at an auction, I imagine. Did my first Pilates class today at the gym. I liked it! It looks like the PIlates classes that I'll be able to go to from here on in are on the weekends. During the week i'll do the expressline and some cycle and that's about it. that should be enought if i do all of this every day. which is what i intend. bye gut ( Read more... )

i joined a gym today! YAY! maybe i'll finally lose this gut that I have. they have Pilates there, too. I'm looking into becoming a Pilates instructor maybe at the end of the year. There is a course called Pilates for Rehab Professionals. They teach you all the mat exercises with a rehab slant. The course is in Toronto and I've been wanting to go to ( Read more... )
