So Lizz Tirza and I have started doing Weight Watchers together. Nobody has money so we decided to have our own meetings (well so far it has only been one! Opps!). Good! I am so pround of you!!!! Loosing weight is super tough. I have not been doing so hot with my diet lately. So I decided today that I would add some structure to my working from home days by fitting in a lot of excersize. I am going to do Yoga wed/fri/sun weight training on tue/thur/sat and 30 min of cardio everyday. I am hoping that that will help my body shed more fat hopefully a wee bit faster. Sorry if that sounded like bragging or anything. I feel compelled to tell you because now that you know, I actually have to do it (as apposed to just thinking about doing it). :) LOVE!
