BAKE SALE. I'm not even kidding. I would so buy a cake from a bunch of guys in armor with swords.

Orrrr, they could stage coreographed swordfights and sell tickets. But I don't know how safe that is. Depends on if they know how to use the swords.

There's always the option of having some sort of auction. Either they could sell equipment they wouldn't mind getting rid of or buy things at a reduced price and then sell them at the auction and give the profit to charity.
