Was your father able to get his money/credit back on the credit card? My bank said I'll most likely get "provisional" credit in 3-5 biz days and/or 20, and most likely my money back, but I am fearful I won't. Paranoid me. I dunno, I am sure it'll work out just feels damn bleak right now and to fuck with my ability to take care of myself really hits home.

Yes, he was able to get the charges taken off his card with no problem. I just remembered when when my purse was stolen;

It's not your fault; its not like you handed over your card and said "Go have a party at my expense!". I understand how it feels to be vunlerable. It stinks. My purse was stolen (with cards in it) 2 years ago. (The culprits were actaully trying to take my car but failed...my wallet was their consolation prize. :( ) I also had no problem getting those charges reversed.

Sweet! Thank you for telling me that. It helps to know straight from someone who has seen or dealt with this sort of thing how and what will happen. Thank you again, it makes me feel alot better ( ... )
