omg. that's so annoying. but i guess i have more power cos i like to stare at them whenever they're rude. and my stare has lots of lashes :D MAKES IT SCARIER.

Just read Good service, bad service?

Maybe this is an example of 'power play', and 'feeling superior'..Maybe in this type of situation, it maybe better to walk away graciously or if you feel offended, you can ask the people what you have done wrong to deserve that nicely. If the other party is the offensive one, chances are, they will be embarrass. If not, you can learn from the reason. A staring game is childish and may eventually make yourself look bad if in actual fact you are the offensive party. Gracious living, gracious Singapore. One rude turn doesn't deserve another.
