I love music with all my heart, don't get me wrong.
But sometimes it makes me more mad than anything else in the world.

I almost hate having favorite bands, favorite songs; things that mean so much to me.
Why?

Same here. I actually got really depressed over this whole thing once over the summer. It sucks.. you love the music so much, they mean so much to you, their words, the music.. but you're just one little fishie in an entire sea.. they'll never know who you are, how much they mean to you.. just another fan.

Exactly.
I got really depressed over it this summer.
I started meeting alot of bands and my bands i've known for awhile started getting really big and it made me completely depressed.
I missed them being my band no one having a clue who they were.
I eventually kinda got over it though.
