Junsu tells them he’s going on a round-the-world trip; he doesn’t name any places but something in his eyes says look for me.
Yunho isn’t so famous anymore, isn’t so young, and he’s ready for the break - the call for a normal life and a family run fast and loud through his thoughts. Junsu leaves him two phone calls and one email, and after that - he’s gone.
“I can’t get a hold of Junsu,” Jaejoong says, when they’re meeting up in a little park off the side of Yunho’s apartment block. “It’s weird - not like him.” Jaejoong hasn’t changed much; the shock blond hair falls softly across his worried face. Yunho tells him to keep Yoochun from starving, Changmin from drowning in paperwork.
Jaejoong tells him to find Junsu.
It becomes like a board game, once Yunho locks up his apartment and turns in his papers and leaves to see the world - to find Junsu, one dot on the map at a time like a game of Battleship (how close to the mark?). It’s in the warm-waters breeze of Bora Bora that he gets a little closer, finds himself a little happier, thinks of Junsu a little clearer.
In Rome Yoochun calls him, asks soft and heavy, have you found him yet? Not yet, not yet.
Junsu’s in Paris, hands open wide to the city of love, welcoming - beckoning the night; could this be our last dance? he’s singing. Yunho traps him against the setting sun, camera in his hands, and there’s one too many just-misses for him to let Junsu slip away again. He catches Junsu’s hand in his own, says, “Hi.”
“Found me.” Junsu replies, shifts closer; adds, “Can I have my heart back now?”
Yunho kisses him. “No,” he says (iwon’tloseyouagain.)
