i shouldn't have read this before bed, my heart. i love the way you treat words; because the cost of existing is too expensive for your exhausted bones, and Spina has been shouting in your ears, the sound muffled by your confusion, a pounding of syllables that you can’t follow, were my favourite lines, especially the imagery in the latter♥
