Gyarados is part flying-pokemon but he can't fly.
WHY THE HELL IS IT NOT AFFECTED BY GROUND-TYPE MOVES THEN. ;_;
IT CAN'T EVEN FLY AWAY FROM THEM I DON'T EVEN ASLFKJASLGKJASG.

You make no sense to me, Nintendo.

DUDE THAT IS A GOOD QUESTION I NEVER THOUGHT ABOUT THAT.
From the first panel where there's a bunch of crap, I assumed he was putting everything into his bag because, well, there was a bunch of crap outside. Plus, if he was going to go on an adventure (as the last panel kind of makes me think), why would he take out his pokeballs...I thought the comic was on packing to go on another adventure thing. BUT. It could also be unpacking after the long journey...
