from what I heard.. the South Asian death-toll is now around 76,000 and like you said, still rising.. The first thing I thought about when my mom told me about it was Thushan's family. I also just heard a small tag on the news that this has effected our rotation/orbit/something-with-astronomy. This is kinda freaky...

I feel selfish saying this, but I hope this doesn't effect our SST. I mean, we are in central China, but Waterborne diseases.. I dunno.. maybe I worry too much..

i got an email from dan shelter in ethiopia..thushan's family is safe..the part of sri lanka where they live wasn't affected too badly. however, the entire island is still devastated..maybe this is old news but the death toll is expected to rise to 25,000 in sri lanka alone..

How would you girls feel about, depending on the conditions, checking out some of the effected areas after SST.. just a thought.
