I share your sentiments about Folkways!

I agree with a lot of non-binding resolutions, but I think I'm going to steal yours about creating and sharing what I'm experiencing in word and music. That might be what I miss most about the college atmosphere: daily conversations and interactions about theories, stories, albums, and art, in addition to new and creative spins on dead baby jokes.

Your eating approach seems wise. One nice thing about being back in town is being able to go to the gym again. I missed it.
