I actually was planning to do yoga last night, and I was just not feeling it.. so I got my balance ball out and played on that while watching tv.. then was able to force myself to do about 45 min of yoga before bed.. it was awesome actually and I'm really sore today from it.. go figure :) I want to try doing yoga at least once a week because my muscles are much too tight from other exercise and I'm afraid I might pop my hip out of place again.. so I really need to work on stretching out my muscles and strengthening my core!
