Somebody stole my laundry basket!  Right from the laundry room!  WHY?!  *is very grumpy about this*  I mean, I had my detergent and dryer sheets in the basket, on top of the washer I was using.  They took the stuff out of the basket, and STOLE IT.  I left it down there all of last year and nobody ever showed the slightest interest in it.  Wouldn't ( Read more... )

So we got the results of my mom's MRI this morning and she has a torn ACL and a meniscal tear as well.  This basically sucks.  She has to see the surgeon Friday, at which point they'll decide what kind of surgery is required.  After surgery, there's a SIX WEEK to THREE MONTH recovery time with all sorts of painful physical therapy.  She said she ( Read more... )
