I was explaining to someone recently how packing a mr. bento lunch is approximately 12 times as exciting as packing a lunch in any other container. It's amazing.

isn't it though? i am pretty happy with my bento box, and don't expect that sentiment to go away any time soon. one thing that i think a lot of people complained about with the model i bought is how small it is. but quite frankly, i've been fitting more food in there than i usually eat when i cough up about 8 bucks for lunch in the various places around my work.

once again, bento ftw. in fact, today's meal consists of cherry tomatoes, onigiri, and ni-tamago. i'm incredibly excited.

I love this website: http://justbento.com/ Lots of fun, useful tips, and pictures that make me want to lick the screen. (thus far I have refrained.) I am thinking of getting a rectangular bento so that I can experiment a little more. One day I just realized: why the hell am I buying lunch every day when the food I make at home tastes better???? Nevermind it being cheaper too!
