You made some sweets? Oh, what kind?

They're all different kinds people make at my house! I've got balushahi, which is kind of like doughnuts, and halva, and imarti, and a bunch of other things! If you've never had Pakistani desserts, you should really try them!

Ah, I shouldn't really, I had cake just a few days ago.... but I'm sure it'll be okay to do just this once! I'd love to try lots of new sweets! I'll be there in a little bit so please save some for me!

[Kyoko takes a while to find her way there but walks in all smiles and looks around rather excitedly at all the different foods~]

Of course! There's plenty for everyone!

[When Kyoko shows up, Pakistan is sitting in a chair with a large book open in her lap, eating some balushahi and reading. She looks up when Kyoko comes in.]

Hello! You're the girl I just talked to, right?

Great! There's plenty for everyone to have some.

I don't think I've met you before. I'm the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Just Pakistan is fine, though.

I'm Sora! You have a weird, long name. What does it mean?

pakisunotpaku March 23 2010, 23:52:29 UTC
It's not that weird! Most nations have a long, proper name like that!

"Pakistan" means "land of the pure" in Urdu, which is what a lot of my people speak.

[Hibari comes in, nods slightly to Pakistan, gets himself a drink and a small treat and sits apart from where people may stand and crowd as he sips and nibbles his food. He brought a book with him which he opens and glances over. See? Not rude. Just.... preoccupied.]

[Pakistan smiles at him, but leaves him alone. He doesn't look like he wants to be bothered, and she can respect that.]
