So, last week Becky and Christy asked me what I usually eat and I couldn't remember all the details so I decided to keep track of my intake today. Below are the results for the entire day of Monday, June 18th. Oh yeah, I only recorded calories, fat and protein because those are what I'm concentrating on. :D

I did bad today. I got suckered into consuming 2.5 Krispy Kremes. That's 500 calories right there. Way to go Christy. And then I had a bowl of Honey Combs. That's 150 calories right there. Not that bad calorie wise... but then I went to Happy Hour at Old Chicago and got nachos and a beer. I am definitely over my 1200 calorie limit, damn it! Oh well, I'll try again tomorrow....

Also I'm down 25lbs in three months so I can't complain. But you have to make sure you're eating enough; I know if I go under 1200 calories, I'm in trouble. I think you at your height should probably be eating almost 2000.
