OOOOh, but the head looks a bit small or rather the neck is too short. Makes him look a bit awkward. Kinda has the look of a football player with a broken neck. That's not meant as an insult, I hope you know. You said you’re going for sleek and sexy and that's not what I see here. Also, the belt buckle looks like an after thought and doesn't seem to fit with the rest of the design. I'd say either incorporate it into the design more or just can it all together.

He reminds me of somthing but I can't remember the name of the show and it's impossible to google something without at least a clue as to what I'm looking for.
I dunno if you watch WB cartoons, like static shock and batman beyond but around the that era there was a cartoon about an alien android that came to earth or some such thing. It got cancelled but the main character looked (from what I remember) like your guy here. Now, I'm gonna go nuts trying to figure out the name of that show. Ah well.
