my friends mimicked the commercials for that movie well before that aired and they were so excited about watching it personally that they probably had a movie night with their friends and popped popcorn for it.

of course, my friends eagerly anticipate anything in which, say, a person like Rosie O'Donnell attempts to portray someone with mental retardation.

I say "with mental retardation" because among the People In The Know, calling someone is retarded is pejorative but saying "this person has mental retardation" is used in the field.

i stole that movie from halmark and watched it with erin. actually a really good movie. rosie should have won an oscar for her performance. totally passed as a retard.

Plath is remarkable for this: she used rage and channeled into her art. Most of us just scream or bitch but she got a fuckload of great poems out of her rage.
