Comprehensive list of on-site facilities with their location (hotel, casino, or concourse):

Restaurants (with the exception of the buffet, all restaurants are sit-down):
  • Royal Buffet (casino): all you can eat buffet, self-serve except carving stations and grills.  Offers a variety of food types (Chinese, Irish, Italian, American, Thai, Indian, vegetarian and vegan, Kosher, Spanish and Mexican, and salad and dessert bars).  All beverages are non-alcoholic.
  • La Famiglia Pizzeria (hotel): Real Italian food and pizza, with hand-tossed and Sicilian styles available.  Sit-down, with take-away available.
  • Mangiamo (casino): Upscale Italian restaurant.  Dress-code enforced
  • La Patisserie (concourse): Dessert restaurant.  Sit-down, with take-away available.
  • Just Like Home (casino): Casual setting serving all-American comfort food.
  • Taste of Asia (concourse): Casual setting, Cuisine from a variety of Asian countries (Japanese, Chinese, Indian, Pakistani, Korean, Thai), eat-in, menu-order only.
  • The Dugout (casino): Sports-themed, very casual, serving standard pub fare food. A number of TVs tuned to a variety of sporting events.  Attached to Pitchers sports bar.
  • The Atlantic (hotel): Casual setting, serving a small variety of appetizers, American, sandwiches, and seafood.
  • Donnelly’s (casino): Irish restaurant, casual setting
  • S & S (concourse): Casual setting, serves soup and sandwiches, with a few non-soup dishes (macaroni and cheese, goulash, and chili).  Sit-down, with take-away available.

Bars, Lounge:
  • Pitchers (casino): A sports bar, attached to The Dugout.
  • Blue Note (casino): Cocktail lounge; features nightly entertainment (piano music, lounge singer, weekly karaoke contests)
  • Sláinte (concourse): Wine-bar serving a large variety of fine wine, staffed by a Master Sommelier.  Full bottles are available for purchase.
  • Oblivion (casino): Full-service bar; offers a limited food menu.

Shops/Stores (all located in the concourse; all owned and staffed by NPCs unless indicated):
  • Hard Rock Store: A store selling all manner of Hard Rock Café items.
  • At Wick’s End: Candles.  Lots and lots of candles.
  • Uptown Girls: Upscale women’s clothing
  • Sheer Elegance: High end lingerie
  • Enhance: Make-up and toiletries for women and men
  • All Seasons Athletics: Sports apparel, including athletic shoes, for a variety of sports. (in-game manager and one clerk)
  • Adonis: Men’s clothing for most occasions
  • Best Foot Forward: Men’s and women’s shoes.  There’s an emphasis on dress shoes, but plenty of casual styles are offered.
  • Arm Candy: Primarily women’s handbags and clutches, but offers a selection of messenger bags and totes for men.
  • The Sweet Spot: Large assortment of candies and other confections
  • Scenter of the Universe: Perfumes and colognes for men and women.
  • Bits-n-Bobs: A convenience store type shop; sells a variety of products such as condoms, feminine hygiene products, sunblock, commonly needed medications, etc.
  • Simply Read: A newsstand selling a large selection of periodicals; All the major US papers, and a selection of popular magazines from around the world.
  • InKing: An onsite tattoo parlor (also offers body piercing)
  • The Daily Grind (concourse): A privately owned coffee and tea shop.  There is a sister shop on the Boardwalk

Entertainment:
  • The Palace Arts and Entertainment Centre (hotel/concourse): hosts concerts, including big-name acts, variety acts, comedy shows, and the occasional drag show.
  • Pulse (casino): Nightclub.  Several different music themes each week.  In a typical week plays techno/club, 80s/90s dance pop, and Adult Contemporary/Hot 100 music.
  • Blue Note (casino): Cocktail lounge; features nightly entertainment (piano music, lounge singer, weekly karaoke contests)
  • Babylon (private, entry though casino): Babylon is a members-only club, and membership is reserved solely for the elite who also participate in some illegal activity: typically drug use, use/abuse of whores, human/drug/arms trafficking, etc.  Services offered include illicit drugs, male and female dancers (often a bit underage), male and female prostitutes, Shows (mainly hard Bondage/Sadism displays and live sex shows with the prostitutes and/or dancers).  Membership is by application, afterwhich a thorough background check is performed, and a fee of $150,000 each year.

Other Services:
  • Palace Hotel & Suites: a 32 story hotel with a variety of room types (from basic/economy through Presidential Suite). There are a limited number of residential suites (6 single floor suite, over three floors, and 2 two floor suites). Concierge, room (restaurant), and laundry services are available.
  • Rest & Rejuvenate Day Spa and Salon (hotel): offers full spa and salon services, a cosmetology team, massage therapists trained in a variety of massage styles and techniques, aromatherapy, and more.
  • Palace Health Clinic: a walk-in health facility for use by hotel guests (room calls available for an extra fee) and visitors to the shops, restaurants, and casino. Staffed by EMT-Paramedics, MDs, and Nurse Practitioners, the clinic is able to handle every type of medical incident and emergency.
