UM, basically liam and dan can be best friends and go to bars and listen to asap rocky together and did i mention be best friends.

Maybe Louis recognizes him from a club he used to go to back in the UK? If not, he has access to Babylon so they could meet there and become friends. Though with Louis model status it'd be easier for them to meet outside of Babylon due to paparazzi. But Lou needs more friends for shenanigans!
