Yes it is. The French built these for paratroopers. Sky dive down with your scooter zoom over to your enemy and fire off the 75mm canon.

Ok, because I figured that the recoil from it, would send it flying through the air.

And I'm pretty sure that you aren't supposed to fire it while driving.
