so now that finals are over and i'm home and done with school for a month -

FANDOM.

so. merlin love refreshed. and. i'm craving fic. specifically, as much as i want the reveal to have happened two seasons ago, i have lately wanted fic in which king arthur thinks he has to break it gently to his closest friend that he's decriminalized magic.

duuuuude, i am kind of swimming in merlin love atm and kind of both love and hate how the finales always leave me with so much nervous fannish energy and inspiration THAT I HAVE NO TIME TO DO ANYTHING WITH and there is also so much amazing stuff out there that i wish i had more time in my day to read [your semester ends and mine begins sooon D:]! that said, i highly rec this because it has stolen my soul ♥

i am swimming/drowning in a SEA of merlin love. let us swim together! god, i am practically vibrating with fondness for merlin. it's very silly and very like the starry-eyed days when i used to die a little bit every time colin morgan smiled into the camera. and now i do again. and reading now!

if i find it, yes! if i write it, also yes!

additionally: i know you're busy with packing and getting ready and what not and i want to wish you lots and lots of luck as you head off to school! so many hugs and positive thoughts should be radiating their way from new york!

AND I WILL SWIM WITH YOU MAN OH MAN. i know what you mean. i ran into some s1 vids the other day and was all ♥____♥ because this showwww AND THESE BOYS. also, i tend to get more flaily during the hiatus(es?) probably because there is no way for new canon to crush me in the meantime. also, I WANT TO WRITE SO MANY THINGS, CASSIE, and kinkme is most decidedly not helping. there's a ridiculous prompt there that i could spend months on. and another really weird dark thing that's been brewing in my head and I keep going: WHY NOW. i am still making notes like a mad person in the event that i can actually afford to take them on. also, i miss your writing and that secret garden fic with the wickedawesome and very promising premise and would love it back in my life whenever you feel like it

i'm rewatching s1 again with someone across my hall (moohaha, i've gotten her into merlin by the sheer power of how clearly gay for each other the main characters are; also no one can resist merlin as played by colin morgan 'cause he's just so cute) and i am just slowly dying of fondness. it's probably unhealthy or something.

fact: i could spend years filling kmm prompts. i should actually finish the fills i started >< *is terrible* also am writing fic at this very moment.
