I have been watching Natsume Yūjinchō (夏目友人帳) recently. I actually heard about this series via a Chinese BBS, where it is inevitably mentioned in the same breath as Hundred Ghosts.

And the similarity are undeniable. )

Me too! I was completely unable to resist. I don't see how Takashi could.

I started watching this on some site, but after getting trojans from other anime sites I've been leery of online watching. I like the manga as well.

Also vol 3 of Phantom Moon Tower comes out some time this month.

Give the Chinese fansub a try. It's on tudou.com, so there's no fears of trojans. I've ordered manga from yesasia, but the Chinese translations are missing a couple volumes, so it's a bit frustrating.

Unfortunately phantom moon is completely opaque to me in Japanese. >_< I wonder when they'll ever translate it.

Tudou still tends to stick for me, possibly because I watch at what's prime time in China.

PMT is pretty damn opaque anyway. It's interesting to take the actual plot, write it out in sequence, and then see how she breaks it up in the telling to produce maximum confusion and misdrirection.

I find tudou is pretty good now in the early afternoon or early evening. They definitely upgraded their servers. Around late morning it's quite impossible. But letting it run once and then watch always works as a last resort.
