Now that I no longer take the train to work, it seems like even the smartphone can not help me post more ti LJ, alas.  But right now I'm sitting in MVA, so i have a bit to catch up on my LJ reading. Was laughing over the undergraduate history illustrated that J posted when  S leaned over and asked, have you read The cow essay?

Hong Kong subtitle factory strikes again! But I've always wondered how this works. The HK subtitlers I'm fairly sure go gung-ho with a dictionary. This guy seems to have internalized the vocabulary, just in a way that... I dunno, maybe makes sense in his own language? As in basement for base, the lower part of a thing.
