Love love love.

I love Rose, and the old Dr, and the new Doctor. Let's be honest, David Tennant is all that and a bag of chips. Yum!

And there was Sarah Jane and K9 from when I was little. Oh, I cried when I thought K9 was..spoilers, so stopping...but I cried. Oh God, I adored that little pup when I was a youngin', and I also adored Sarah ( Read more... )

Oh! I just watched "School Reunion" the other day. How gorgeous was it? I cried and cried over Sarah-Jane (Yes, I'm a wuss-bag. I cry. All the time. Very embarassing) - I mean, she didn't move on. It's so sad! And it's a prophetic death knell sounding over Rose and the Dr's relationship - there's no happy ending for a companion. It's *so* sad! (did I mention the wuss-bag part?).

I saw an interview with DT where he was talking about meeting Elizabeth Sladen (Sarah-Jane) and how he used to watch her on telly when he was little and a big fan of Who so a lot of his reactions were very genuine. *Sigh* I want him coated in peanut butter, I do. :)

Peanut Buttered David Tennant - Yum!

Seeing Sarah Jane spun me into such a strong emotional circle: it was like stepping back into my childhood; and I knew before she even opened the boot what was back there - little pup K9 with his 'Yes Master.'

And if you're a wuss, then so am I - and proud of it. Wusses unite, I say. Because it *was* so terribly sad, I agree completely. It doesn't bode well for Rose and the Doctor, does it? -frets-

Still - David Tennant. David Tennant with *peanut butter* even. I do believe I'm hooked.

Oh, me too. And it was so unexpected. I hadn't watched Who because - well, I don't know why. I guess I just didn't think it would capture my interest the way it did 30 years ago (Holy shit! Am I *that* old?) and why bother trying to resurrect the past? Why not move on to new stuff?

And yet, it really hit me with this *epic* story when I started watching and I was filled with this nostalgia out of nowhere. It was like being back there. Being 9 years old and thinking, WOW...

I *so* did not expect that.
