For foundation I love make up forever HD liquid foundation.
It's pricey, but sooo worth it.
My skin looks flawless when I put it on AND it doesn't feel gross after a while.

It also comes in very light colours, I'm second lightest and it's quite pale.

:D

Should probably mention I've got fairly bad skin in the first place.
Well it's not horrible but I've got some pimples and it can get quite oily and this make up still looks nice after a night of dancing.

Which one do you use exactly? HD liquid foundation looks good and I would choose pink porcelain - I think the pink should work perfectly with my cool undertone.

I tried MAC liquid foundation and it dried too quickly.. I couldn't blend it well. I have been using TruBlend by Cover Girl. I like the whipped foundation in the little glass container. It has a pink tone to it, so I don't know if that's good for your skin tone.. but it blends really well, stays, and is good for my acne scars :)

I, too, have fallen in love with MakeUp Forever. It wears extremely well.

I used MAC for a long time, and it was awesome when first applied but didn't seem to wear well. MakeUp Forever seems to be the opposite of that, it stays.

I have rather dry skin with strong ruddy undertones, and ANYTHING can make me break out, but MakeUp Forever doesn't seem to at all.

honestly, the best thing to do is test all of the ones you come across if you're confident to colour works, try it and see how it goes. That's the thing with makeup, it's all trial and error until you find the perfect product.

right now, I use L'Oreal Infallible in 015 Porcelain which works alright. when i've used it all up, I'm going to try the Shisheido foundations which seem to match my skin colour better.

I heard good things about Shisheido. Which undertone has L'Oreal?

hard to tell, I think it's a pink undertone. I'm not great with colour classification, haha!
