question for posters who are 30+

I'm going to be 34 in October, and I constantly have people thinking I'm in my early twenties. Every time I tell someone my age, they act so surprised. Just two days ago, I went to movies and got charged student ticket price, instead of adult ticket. Things like this happen all the time ( Read more... )

Me too, I get usually complimented that I look 5-8yrs younger than I actually am, but I think it's also due to the fact that I moisturize religiously.

It could be that I also act and dress a bit young for my age, but I don't let that bother me :D

The plae skin can't be the sole indicator though, I live in Scandinavia and we are next to albinos here, so I'm not the only one being pasty white with freckles.

Always...I'm always getting carded, including when I lived in the UK at the age of 25. lol

Yes. I semi-regularly get carded; last weekend at an adult (aka wine and beer served in that part of the theater) showing of Harry Potter. 21 was nearly 2 decades ago.

Yaya!! Me too!! People in USA think I'm a freak for staying out of the sun but I'm looking forward to the future....today my coworker was talking about how much she loves the sun and how she doesn't think it ages you. Inside I was rolling my eyes lol
