Make a list of all the pros and cons of taking the job or not, and then decide.

From personnel experience, I can tell you, a job that you do not get paid what you are worth will suck the life out of you....

If you already have a job thats paying just about as much as the other part time but you are happier with the first one, stay there.

Sometimes doing what you love is better than doing something to "just have a job." Working just for the paycheck will suck the life out of you.
