I do understand the necessity of taking on a "regular" type of job in order to survive, to make ends meet (no matter how low-paying that job might be), but your true vocation - your passion - is what's *really* important! Never give up: there's always a way!
You were excited about this job initially... it's still an exciting job! And you are getting paid to do your talent. I think it's cool. The PSB Creations will still be waiting for you.
No not really. I am excited about the TEACHING job, which is separate. This is not great. The more I hear about it, the less I like it. The pay caps off in less an one dollar. People who I have talked to worked for years with no promotions. This job is all paperwork. scheduling and payroll. It wont allow me to teach either...so that part is done too.
But yeah, no one else is knocking on my door.
What I was excited about was working ONE part time job and having time to sew and create and sell.
However, the guy hasnt called me back today yet, so I am still free.
Could you set aside one afternoon on the weekends, and give yourself a longer turnaround time for the custom corsets? That isn't a great solution, so hopefully the original job plan will come through. *fingers crossed*
I hope that the original plan works out ^.^ I would LOVE to see PSB creations hitting the store ^.^ Plus, I still need to order more corsets from you lady. I can't have Joanns sucking the life out of you :P hehe
