I went to the dentist today for the first time in years. It wasn't nearly as much as I thought it would be. It is only 300 for this time (cleaning) and Monday (check up and one filing). I can't believe after all this time I only have one filing! I also found out that my teeth have been hurting because I was using a whitening toothpaste and a medium
