When I took Mat in for some of his shots today, the nurse was trying to convince me I wanted to do polio shots ASAP, because we were going to Thailand. Her reasoning? There was a polio outbreak in India. We're going to get them done before we go, but, uh...

We're going to Bangkok so Mat can meet the relatives, and they can meet the new Tang heir. :)

He's actually Chinese, but his family fled to Thailand during one of the civil wars.

There's a lot of trade that goes on between them, though. My father used to fly those routes.
