I know what you mean. When we were teenagers, it seemed as though anything were possible. I have been in a funk for months after graduating. All that work in high school to get to college, and now what really has college really opened up for me? Why am I not doing anything with myself? All that hope for myself has exploded all over me and now I feel really really old.

I know what you mean though... I find some shows so engrossingly powerful and enchanting that I spend hours wishing I could be somehow involved in their production so I could soak it in. V-Mars was definitely one of those shows. It's weird that you mention it because "We Used To Be Friends" appeared on shuffle rotation on my iPod this morning as I was talking from my space to my car.
