So I am 5'11" and 163lbs this weekend... and that's great! WHY?? Because I just got my period yesterday and I'm always 3-5lbs heavier during it... so only being 1 lbs higher this week is a good thing! AND everything about me is looking flatter and more toned and fit. AND I lost 1/2" off my ribcage this week. AND I lost 1/4" off my waistline
