Sooooo fuck. I workedout EVERYDAY this week (as usual) and ate my pre-planned meals, healthy stuff with no junk food or shit... gained another pound!! Awesome!!?! So I've realized I fucking hate myself. I TRY SO HARD, FOR NOTHING. It has now been 10 WEEKS!!! I've been the same weight for 10 weeks straight despite all my workingout and eating
