works for me.
i went from 170lb down to 98lb in a year thanks to that. Now I have leveled myself at 124lb for some time and I am nearly 5'10 at this point in my life. I work out constantly.
But I am beginning to restrict again.
We can be 'buddies' with it if you'd like some help? maybe?
