A change

Thinking over various things, including what Sister Raphealla said, and changes I need to make in my attitude and how I percieve myself, I decided to do something about my appearance. I've actually been happy lately, able to accept who I am and be proud of my body and what I can do with it, even if it isn't fitting one particular ideal of beauty
