Square I honestly just don't care about anymore, though. They've made it clear they're pretty much done telling interesting stories and selling games I'm remotely interested in. Just rehash every game in their roster and give more backstory to decent if plot-shaky seventh installments of fantasy games that fanboys like to masturbate to, and the next actually installment is little more than eyecandy loosely wrapped around a sort of fantasy world.
The JRPG as I knew and loved it is dead. Long live the JRPG.
