really hate winter right now. Very depressed over being stuck up north because of snow storm. Was supposed to be at dessert party in Brighton today... an event that has been going on yearly for a long time and I've never missed one. Until this year. *hugs* to you as well. Ankle is doing ok I think. Hard to tell really with the cast on but that comes off next week. I can put a little weight on it which I'm taking as a good sign. Still being very careful though as it tends to ache a lot if I'm up and about too much. How are things with you?

I have good days, not so great days. But overall, things are on the upswing.

Take it easy on the ankle and let it heal, OK, hon?

*hugs for you* I'm glad that things are on the upswing. Wish I were closer to give you hugs in person and help on the not so great days...
I'll do my best to take it easy on the ankle. The cast came off today - but I've been told to use the camwalker cast that I started with for a couple of weeks. Also going to start physio for it again, probably next week - have to call the office yet and see about appointments.

When weather clears up you can come down to Belleville, I'll make all kinds of social for you, especially with warning. I know I'd feel better if I could walk outside without layering myself in wool first right now.

Sorry that you missed the party. Sorry you're not feeling the greatest. Know that you were missed. Know that we are happy all are safe, and that we can see you in the future. I saw too many vehicles in ditches, too many accidents, bumper cars on the freeway yesterday that I thought about turning back for home.
