Any writer who tells you they’ve never thought about quitting writing is a big fat liar.

Thanks for writing this, Pam.

I think what's hard is some days, we are just too damn tired to put on that cape.

So, we need to give ourselves permission to keep going. But we also need to give ourselves permission to take much needed breaks. Life happens. And it's okay. Books can wait. For a little while anyway. :)

Thanks for writing this post, Pam. You're absolutely right. Writers, and writing moms, *do* rank up there next to super-heroes in their children's eyes.
