So I'm headed off for Milan tomorrow -- then, in a week, TAIWAN!! It will be my first foray into that, er, sector of the world (East Asia)!

I've checked on the weather and it looks like monsoon season -- heavy rain and high temperatures. I'm packing my raincoat and umbrella, along with lots of light clothes (shorts and skirts). Sadly my sandals are not waterproof but I may wear them anyway.

Any other last minute packing advice?? Or advice in general?
