I must try this! I have lots of almost too ripe tomatoes, and all the other ingredients except tamarind. It sounds intriguing!

One of the women who worked with me at Lunahsea came up with this. It is quite good. I do seem to be having a problem trying to cut the recipes back to feed one or two instead of thirty! Sadly, my cats aren't vegetarian, so I can't count them...LOL!
