I woke up early this morning and the city is strangely quiet; yesterday's celebrations continuing into the wee hours of the morning. While the city sleeps, my day has already begun. Stop Making Sense
It was been ages since I was last on LJ. I'm not even certain if I have any friends left on my "friends list." I'm back in Syracuse now; for better or for worse...I'm not quite certain which it is. Remembering Dad...
I've been thinking a lot about my dad today. It will be twelve years this July since he passed away. It seems like only yesterday. Ancestry.com has just put the veteran's enlistment records online. I was able to see when my dad enlisted, his rank, etc. Very interesting stuff. You can search it for free in most cases ( Read more... ) -
