the Parliamentarian can only advise on procedural matters...he has no vote...Berthel should know that :-P...but then again, the President doesn't have a vote either....sooooooooo, you outrule them all!

o and David is right to a point. Rob dose have the power to veto so in teroy if u had keep going he could have vetoed and asked for his muffin but that is a lot of work for stale bread ( AKA Lackman musffins)
