although, i beg to differ on the quitters no good excuse part
im sorry if i quit band, i do regret in a way, but ive gained so much for doing so. music wasnt getting me anywhere in my life, but the class i have taken in place of it is.
also dedicated band members are letting me know the band sucks this year anyway, and like your varsity band, no one could care less.

I agree Pamela. It seems as if people just blow off the 'varsity' band, like were nothing. But I think we did really good on Thursday, I was really proud of us. Like you - I love band as well. It's like while you're playing you just get this feeling, that you never want to stop. But while everyone else is dissing on us & everything, you know we'll be the ones that stay in band all the way to senior year. We'll make it, & prove everyone else wrong.
